Last Saturday we went to Sequoia Park in Eureka City. There's a lot of kids that's why Stephanie was having so much fun and also Eric. Visiting the Sequoia Park Zoo is already part of our family agenda everytime we go to Eureka. That's why I would love to share to you the latest project of the Sequoia Park Zoo Foundation. It's called the TREE OF GIFTS. It's a donor recognition tree. Local artist and sculptor Yannis Stefanakis has created a fascinating sculpture showcasing dozens of animals intertwined in its trunk and branches. This powerful tree will host a canopy of colorful leaves, each engraved with a message chosen by you, a generous zoo donor. The Sequoia Park Foundation is a non profit organization dedicated to supporting and promoting the mission of the zoo which is *****...inspiring wonder, understanding and respect for the natural world. The zoo provides fun, rewarding educational experiences that encourage meaningful connections between animal, humans and our environment."
Your generous donation of a leaf on the Tree of Gifts will help their effort to build and improve animal exhibits, and provide educational activities.
It's great if we are able to to contribute in the future of the beautiful Sequoia Park Zoo.
We can reach them through this number for more info. (707)442-6552.
