Keeping a Healthy Body
When I complained about being big, my hubby always comfort me that it's okay because I just gave birth. I gained too much weight when I was pregnant with my youngest. But that was a year ago. I'm still over 120 lbs that's why I'm doing my best to find new ways how to lose weight . Hubby told me that I should eat less rice. Yeah I eat rice almost every meal :-). And exercising maybe but keeping up with my two children is too much of an exercise for me already. But you know in order to keep a healthy body, a 3o minute exercise a day is good enough already.
