8 Pounds Less
Yehey, I lost 8 pounds already. Now I can wear my size 3 jeans and most especially I feel a lot healthier. When I gained so muchweight, I get tired easily. For me getting physically fit is not all about taking diet pills or limiting your eating habits.I think exercising is the best tool in keeping your body in shape. Get yourself a fitness equipment and do it regularly and see the difference. Spend a little of your time each day in doing workouts. Instead of watching tv everytime you got a break,exercise! It'sgood for you.If you are physically healthy, you are happier.
