Arthritis

One of my greatest worries when I grow older is suffering from arthritis.When I was in high school, I have been suffering a severe pain in my knee especially when it's cold. It happened after I was soaked in the river during our "Philippine Military Training" in high school when I applied to be an officer. My grandpa said it as an arthritis. He has an arthritis too. I know how painful it is. But he knew the several treatments for arthritis so he was able to manage to the pain. One of the causes of arthritis is fatigue. From now on, I will avoid overstressing myself and will start taking thing things slow.
