Beauty Secret
Last month I gained twenty pounds. That was such a disappointment to me because I can no longer wear my favorite blouses and dresses because it's getting small on me. I was tempted to do the cleansing diet which is not eating for ten days except a water with lemon, cayenne pepper and maple syrup on it. I tried but I didn't last for one day, not being able to eat rice. Besides I don't like the effect on my friend who's been using this type of diet. She indeed lost 10 or more pounds in one day but she looks older because her skin gets saggy and laugh lines and wrinkles are showing in her face. I can lose weight if I want to but not this cleansing diet. I'm so particular with skin condition. Even though I'm over thirty years old but I don't have any signs of aging yet. I don't have major skin problems because I'm loyal to my skin care regimen which is cleansing, toning, moisturizing and a good night sleep. Now, I'm working on my eating habit but I'm sure loyal on my healthy eating habit.
